目前，StarUML已经应用于：在韩国电子通信研究院（ETRI）的多用途卫星(KOMPSAT-2)项目中开发卫星任务控制部件、构建SK Telecom公司WCDMA网络管理系统、开发峨山中央医院(Asan Medical Center)处方自动化系统(OCS，Order Communication System)（http://www.staruml.com/Project/CaseStudy/tabid/302/Default.aspx）
